This house in Coon Rapids, MN was hit by a tornado. The garage door was open when the storm hit causing the wind to build up pressure inside of the garage. Eventually these incredibly powerful forces blew out the back and side wall, leaving the roof trusses hanging in mid air. We had to jack up the roof and re-build the walls. After the walls were back in place we brought in our electricians; unfortunately, the eclectic service panel, socket and meter were attached to the garage wall, so that when the wall blew away, so did the all the circuit breakers. Besides major structural and extensive electrical repairs, there were plenty of other areas on the house that needed repairs: chimney, roofing, fascia, soffit, siding, gutter, doors, insulation, drywall, trim. By working with both the home owners and their insurance company, Access Builders Corporation was able to restore this property back to its original condition. For More Information Contact: |
