Access Builders was incorporated in 2002 combining the talents and experience of the CEO Randy Grone and the CFO Mark Petersen.

Randy Grone:

Randy has been in the construction business since his college days at the University of Saint Cloud. He started out working summers with a "jack-of-all trades" carpenter where he learned about virtually all aspects of the trades, from rough in framing, to drywall to finish carpentry. After college he worked for a company that specialized in the fire water restoration business. The years before joining Access were spent running his own siding / exterior company. He lives in Shakopee with his charming wife Dawn and their son Joshua.

Mark Petersen:

Like Randy, Mark has over twenty years in the residential construction industry. While still in high school, he helped his older brother in the roofing industry during the summers and on weekends. He then went on to work in the siding, window and gutter business. Eventually he started his own company where he specialized in gutters and new construction siding. During this time he is proud to report that he and his crews had well over a thousand satisfied customers. Mark recently received his B.A. degree in English from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. He lives in Shakopee with his lovely wife Rosanne and has three boys: Sean, Colton and Adam.
