In addition to needing a new roof, this charming cottage in Minneapolis was having problems with water collecting on the behind the chimney. We built a new larger cricket/saddle on the back side of the chimney to divert the water.

The home owner desired a larger upstairs bathroom, so before we started the roofing process, we added a few feet to the side of the shed dormer. It turned his upstairs powder room into a full size bathroom with a large tub.
